About Property

Escape to the heart of the Rockies and discover the perfect mountain getaway at Cabins 3 & 4 in Grand Lake, Colorado. These two charming side-by-side retreats offer the ideal balance of togetherness and privacy, making them an exceptional choice for two families or a large group looking to explore the wilderness together.

Together, the cabins provide a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each individual cabin is designed as a two-bedroom, one-bath sanctuary featuring a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second. For those needing a bit more space, the living rooms include couches that can be used to sleep additional guests.

Designed for convenience and comfort, each cabin operates as a fully independent unit. You will find your own dedicated kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, and a coffee station, as well as a private washer and dryer. Both units feature updated full baths, dishwashers, and the efficiency of tankless hot water. For cozy evenings, Cabin 3 boasts a gas fireplace, while Cabin 4 is thoughtfully equipped with blackout curtains—perfect for ensuring babies and toddlers get their necessary naps.

Step outside to enjoy your own private patio with a personal propane grill, or gather with your group at the community fire pit and picnic area. The property also provides high-speed WiFi to keep you connected while you unwind.

Nestled in a prime location, you are just five minutes from Grand Lake village and ten minutes from the park. National forest hiking trails are located right outside your door, providing immediate access to nature. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife; elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, and black bears frequently visit the property. We ask that guests maintain a safe distance, never feed the animals, and ensure no food is left outside.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Dogs are welcome, and the property provides dog bowls for your convenience, though we ask that you please pick up after your pets. A playpen is also available for little ones. Smoking is permitted only in the parking area, and all open flames must be fully extinguished. If you are bringing a boat, RV, or trailer, please notify us in advance to ensure we coordinate the available extra parking space.

Whether you are here for the hiking, the wildlife, or the peaceful mountain air, Cabins 3 & 4 offer a welcoming home base for your next Colorado adventure.
