The primary suite serves as a peaceful sanctuary featuring a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the mountain views. The second bedroom is ideal for children or groups, equipped with a full-over-full bunk bed that sleeps four, and the third bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. The property includes two well-appointed bathrooms: one featuring a walk-in shower and the other offering a shower/tub combo, both with single vanities.

• Parking: First come, first served for up to two vehicles in the open lot; paid overflow is available at River Run Gondola and Mountain House West A.
• Rules: No pets allowed (unauthorized animals will incur a cleaning fee), no smoking inside or outside, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please do not rearrange furniture. Unreturned parking passes will result in a $50 charge.
