The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second, while the living room offers a pullout sofa to provide additional space for guests. Inside, the living area is anchored by a warm gas fireplace and a TV, creating a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family.

The home is equipped for a seamless stay with a full kitchen featuring a dishwasher, real pots and pans, and a dedicated coffee station. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer located directly in the cabin, as well as a bathroom stocked with extra linens and toiletries. Step outside to your own private deck, complete with a gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining.

Situated on several acres of privately held land, the property is conveniently located five minutes from Grand Lake and the marina, and is positioned perfectly between Grand Lake and Lake Granby for easy access to Winter Park.
