Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the layout ensures a relaxing stay for everyone. The primary suite features a queen bed on a rustic log frame, separated by a barn door from the home's standout feature: a private in-suite hot tub room. This jetted spa, adorned with vintage ski art and windows on two sides, is yours alone to enjoy year-round. The second bedroom is a hit with families, featuring queen-over-queen bunk beds. With two full bathrooms—one with a tub/shower and one with a shower—your group can avoid the morning bottleneck.

Inside, the living room invites you to unplug and unwind with leather sofas and a warm gas fireplace. The dining area seats six under a unique antler chandelier, and the fully stocked kitchen is ready for real cooking, equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. For a quiet moment, step onto the small deck with a bench to enjoy your morning coffee among the pines.

Location is everything here. While you are steps from Granby Ranch, you are also ideally situated for further exploration, located about 30 minutes from Winter Park and 40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

• Important Notes: This is a garden-level unit with windows facing the building walkway. There is no air conditioning (three fans are provided) and no in-unit laundry, though coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. TVs provide basic cable and are not smart TVs.
