No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Parties are strictly not allowed in this apartment, as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 9:00 PM, as the apartment is located in a residential building.

Late check-in: If you arrive outside normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth, and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.

For stays of 28 days or more, the following rules will apply:

1. The included monthly amount that can be spent on utilities is 150 euros, which includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay for 3 months, you will have 450 euros to spend for the entire period. If you spend more, you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2. A deposit will be charged, which will be calculated based on the length of your stay. For bookings of 1-3 months, the deposit is 450 euros; for bookings of 3-6 months, the deposit is 800 euros; and for bookings of 6-11 months, the deposit is 1 month's rent. The deposit will be returned 30-45 days after the stay.
3. A rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
4. We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost of each monthly cleaning is 60 euros, and it will be on a day of your choice and last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our apartment is kept clean and in good condition.
5. We will greet you personally at the apartment.

We request a €300 deposit to protect the apartment during your stay. Alternatively, you can purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver service for €25, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you choose the deposit option, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from the selected payment method.

If you choose to pay the €300 deposit, it will be returned 24-48 hours after check-out, unless we have been notified of possible damage to the property, in which case we reserve the right to retain the deposit until an investigation has been completed. Please note that the refund will generally appear in your account after 3-5 days. This depends on your bank and may take up to 10 business days.

Criminal, malicious or intentional damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered.
