Sleeping arrangements include a top-floor Loft Master Suite with a king bed, a private balcony, and woodland views, as well as the Red Room and Black & White Room on the mid-level, both featuring queen beds and direct walkout deck access. For added convenience, every bedroom includes its own en-suite bath, and a central half-bath is located on the mid-level.

The interior is anchored by an open-concept Great Room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone-hearth gas fireplace. For rainy days or cozy evenings, the basement entertainment room provides a second living space complete with leather seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a corner bar with a mini-fridge. The loft also serves as a home office, featuring a large corner desk.

Outdoor living is a primary highlight of the property. The expansive wraparound deck serves as a destination of its own, featuring a saltwater hot tub and a propane BBQ grill.
