Cancellations within 48 hours of booking (for stays more than 9 days out) are penalty-free. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of stay must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
