Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This cozy retreat is designed for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Please note that the bedrooms are situated four steps higher than the main living area, kitchen, and bathroom.

Key Features & Amenities While the cabin is stocked with essentials including cookware, linens, towels, and basic toiletries, please note that general amenities are limited to the features of the home:

• Living room with TV featuring Hulu and Netflix
• Small beverage station with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate
• Large yard with an outdoor fire pit and seating (available May-October, subject to burn bans)
• Key-less entry lock for easy access
• Gas stove (primary heat source during winter)
• Fenced backyard

Location & Neighborhood Situated just 3 miles south of Grand Lake, the cabin is a quick 5-minute drive into town and to the west gate of Rocky Mountain National Park. For those seeking winter thrills, the slopes in Winter Park are just 35 minutes away. The surrounding area offers phenomenal hiking, wildlife viewing, and hot springs, all within a 30-minute drive. Guests coming from Denver can take the fast route via I-70 and Berthoud Pass (approximately 2 hours) or the scenic Trail Ridge Road through the National Park (approximately 3 hours), though Trail Ridge Road closes from October to May.

• Security: An exterior security camera is located on the adjacent building overlooking the highway side.
