This thoughtfully designed studio accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The interior reflects a true pride of ownership, blending cozy décor with modern updates to create an inviting atmosphere for your mountain getaway.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property provides essential comforts including a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and convection microwave, as well as two smart TVs (50" and 43") for your entertainment. Guests have full private use of the unit and access to extensive resort facilities, including:

• Heated indoor and outdoor pools
• Nine hot tubs
• Fitness center with steam room and sauna
• Game room and BBQ and picnic patio
• Ski lockers
• On-site Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, restaurants, and a mini market

Located in Building 4, the studio sits directly over the slopes and just steps from the Peak 9 lifts. The resort offers a free shuttle that provides transportation anywhere in Breckenridge, including to Main Street's shops and dining, or to Peak 8 after the Peak 9 lifts close in mid-April.
