Discover your home away from home at Settlers Cottage, a charming and cosy retreat located in Lovedale, New South Wales. Whether you are planning a romantic weekend away, an escape with friends, or visiting for one of the many concerts the Hunter Valley is now famous for, this stylish cottage provides the perfect sanctuary for up to 6 guests.

The layout is designed for comfort and flexibility across three bedrooms. The downstairs master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the upstairs level consists of a separate bedroom with a King bed and a loft area equipped with two single beds. The home is completed by one well-appointed bathroom.

Settlers Cottage is a free-standing, self-contained space designed for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, cook top, oven, and microwave, with all the necessary tools for preparing meals. Quality linen and towels are provided, so guests only need to bring their favorite food and drinks. For outdoor living, the patio faces the open fields and includes an outdoor setting and BBQ, making it a prime spot for watching spectacular sunsets.

Situated on 100 wide-open acres at Madigan, the property is a haven for nature lovers. Guests can enjoy sightings of kangaroos, rabbits, and waterbirds on the dams, or admire agisted horses in the paddocks. For early risers, the sight of hot air balloons drifting in front of the property is truly magnificent. The estate also features Stomp Wine's cellar door operating on-site. There is plenty of land to walk, ride, or simply sit on the verandah or the dam wall with a good book.

While a car is recommended to explore the Hunter Valley, small bus operators service the wine region and can arrange pickups from Madigan.
