The home is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one King bed and one Queen bed, both furnished with comfortable linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. For additional flexibility, a futon is also available for sleeping arrangements. The master bath features a luxurious steam shower for an extra touch of indulgence.

While the property focuses on serenity, it is well-equipped for a seamless stay. Interior and exterior highlights include:

Located just a short drive from Joyful Journey Hot Springs, the property offers a spacious outdoor area perfect for soaking in the stunning Colorado scenery. Please be aware that the owner has begun renting another dwelling on the property; however, this is a totally separate home, though other guests may be present on the grounds during your visit.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that hot spring passes must be returned to their designated location in the house upon departure; if used on your final day, they must be returned before the check-out time. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries, though basic essentials like hand and dish soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, salt, pepper, coffee filters, and laundry detergent are provided.

House Rules & Policies: This home is for personal vacation use only; large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking, the use of firearms, and driving ATVs (except in the driveway for access) are not allowed. Unapproved over-occupancy or unauthorized use of property grounds may result in charges up to $1000.00. Pets are allowed. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a full refund, while those made 15 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued after this window or due to weather conditions.
