This thoughtfully arranged space features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 queen size bed for two guests and a versatile sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 1 to 2 guests.

Guests have access to an array of high-end development services, most notably the charming rooftop Skybar. From this breathtaking vantage point, you can contemplate wonderful views of the city skyline and enjoy the open air.

Located in the prestigious Chapultepec area, the apartment puts you in the heart of the action. This exceptional location is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and delightful spots, making it the perfect place to explore the local nocturnal life and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

To ensure a seamless arrival, the property utilizes a 100% self-check-in and self-check-out process. Please note that guests must complete an online registration prior to arrival (no later than 10:30 PM), which requires basic personal information, a selfie, and a photo of an official ID for security verification. Once verified, access codes are released at 3:00 PM for a check-in window starting at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 1:59 AM, please notify staff by 10:30 PM to receive a new access code.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late requests before 9:00 AM subject to availability and extra cost)
• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00
• Parking is available for a fee of $120.00 MXN per day
• Pets under 15 kg are welcome (maximum 1 pet) for a fee of $210 MXN per night, plus a refundable security deposit of $1,000 MXN. Pets must not be left unattended inside the unit
• For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory cleaning fee of $416 MXN + tax (or $400 MXN) is charged every 7 nights
• Missing access cards will be charged at $30 USD + tax per card
• A damage deposit is required upon entry (options include a one-time payment of $160.5 MXN or a $1,500 MXN retainer)
• Mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are not included
