You will be just steps away from charming cafes and boutique shops, and conveniently located near the Rotherbaum tennis stadium. The city center is only 2 kilometers away, and the U1 - Hallerstraße station and Museum am Rotherbaum bus stop are both within a 10-minute walk. Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that check-in is exclusively conducted online via our digital system; you must complete the registration form and upload a valid ID or passport to receive access details. A credit card deposit may be authorized at check-in. Pets are not allowed.

To maintain peace for all residents, guests must be mindful of noise levels. Night rest is strictly observed from 22:00 to 06:00, and guests are not permitted to congregate in the courtyard or directly in front of the apartment door during the night. The property is equipped with decibel monitoring; repeated disturbances will result in the notification of a security service at a cost of 350€.
