Designed for effortless beach living, the home features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to 7 guests. You will have full access to the entire home, including a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker with coffee, cream, and sugar provided.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure our high cleaning standards, early arrivals or late departures are highly discouraged and subject to fees: $50 for up to 1 hour, $100 for 1-2 hours, and $200 for 2-3 hours.

Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per reservation for a maximum of 2 small dogs only; cats are not allowed. Please inform the host in advance to avoid additional fees or stay termination. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and a 21+ individual must remain on-site.

House Rules:

• Smoke-free property: Smoking anywhere on the premises results in a $200 fine.
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms (closed water bottles excepted).
• No garage or storage room access.
• Windows must remain closed for security.
• Do not wash sandy beach items in the washer/dryer; empty lint traps after every use.
• No parties or illegal activity; violations result in immediate vacation of the property.
• Please wash all dishes and place all trash in outside cans before departing.
