The layout features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable Queen beds, and 2 bathrooms. To ensure plenty of space for groups, the home also includes two double sofa beds, allowing for a total capacity of 10 guests. The open-concept interior is the heart of the home, centered around a kitchen island and dining table perfect for convivial sharing, all while being bathed in light from abundant windows. For cozy evenings, a fireplace adds a touch of warmth and relaxation to the living space.

Entertainment and leisure are plentiful throughout the property. Guests can enjoy a dedicated game room featuring a pool table and a babufoot table, or unwind in the living room with a 65-inch smart TV. For a more solitary escape, the spacious bathroom is ideal for a relaxing bath. Outside, the large terrace offers a private 4-season spa and a year-round BBQ. An outdoor fireplace is also available from May to October for family evenings (please bring your own wood). For those traveling with electric vehicles, a convenient charging station is available on-site.

Located within the Villas Scandinaves community, guests gain access to shared premium amenities including an outdoor pool, a spa, and a sauna, with professional massage services available by reservation. The surrounding neighborhood is a playground for nature lovers, with a bike path, equestrian center, and Recreational Space just steps away. One of Quebec's most stunning national parks is nearby, offering world-class fishing, kayaking, rafting, and wildlife observation.

• Minimum Age: The primary renter must be 21 years or older
• Pet Policy: Only dogs are permitted (maximum 2 dogs, 50 lbs or less). A fee of $50 + taxes per animal per stay applies. Pets must never be left alone in the chalet or in a cage.

Please note that maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for groundskeeping, snow removal, or hot tub maintenance to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.
