The sleeping arrangements include an upstairs Master suite with a private bathroom and jacuzzi tub, a second upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom, a downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom, and a fourth downstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom.

While the structured amenities are limited, the estate offers an array of room-specific details and unique property features designed for an unforgettable stay. Guests can enjoy a wellness room equipped for yoga, meditation, and workouts, or relax on the expansive wraparound deck. The outdoor living spaces include a dining area with a BBQ grill, additional seating, and an outdoor fireplace for creating cherished memories. For recreation, the Vineyard Game Barn provides a space for Ping-Pong, Cornhole, and unofficial Pickleball, along with a dining table and a secluded patio.

Set in a picturesque landscape, the estate features a planted vineyard, olive trees, lavender fields, and seasonal fruit trees. Depending on the time of year, guests may pick pears, plums, apples, nectarines, pomegranates, pistachios, figs, and table grapes. • Arrival: Access is via a dirt road; vehicles may gather dust, and guests should monitor weather conditions during heavy rainfall.
• Safety: Please drive slowly to protect local farm animals and wildlife.
• Security: Exterior cameras are located at the front door, garage, and Game Barn entrance for liability reasons.
