The upper level hosts the master suite, complete with a sitting area, a large walk-in robe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a freestanding bath for soaking up the scenery, alongside two additional king bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Designed for entertaining, the heart of the home is a huge open-plan living space and a well-equipped kitchen. Bifold doors open fully to connect the interior with a covered terrace and an outdoor BBQ kitchen with a beverage fridge. This entertaining zone is enhanced by a stunning pool, a large powder room, and an outdoor shower. Beyond the terrace, guests can explore the established orchid and collect fresh papaya, mandarins, mangoes, lemons, and limes.

Located in a private gated estate, the property is just a 3-minute drive to the main hub of Airlie Beach, including the Port of Airlie Marina, cafes, and restaurants. Because the home is situated at the top of a hill, a personal vehicle is required for guests, although taxis do service the area.

• Hens, Bucks, School Leavers, or similar parties are not accepted
• Groups aged under 25 are not accepted
• Concierge services and baby items available for hire (fees may apply)
• External security cameras are located in the driveway, entrance walkway, rear garden, water tank area, and pool area (facing away from the pool) for emergency use only
