The upper loft serves as a third bedroom with two twin beds, while the lower garden level hosts an open living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood included), a dining area, and a second convenient bathroom.

Designed for effortless mountain living, the home includes several specialized features:

• A fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals
• A private porch and balcony offering stunning views of the mountain and downtown Crested Butte area
• A dedicated ski closet inside the condo for gear storage
• An in-unit washer and dryer

The location is truly unbeatable. You can walk to ski lifts, the base area, restaurants, and shopping. A convenient skybridge connects the condo directly to the base area, placing you approximately 100 yards from the main lifts and 150 yards from the Children's Ski School. Guests also have access to common area amenities including a hot tub and shared gas grills.

• Parking: 2 dedicated spaces in the Snowcrest lot (parking passes required); no trailers allowed. Overflow paid parking is available elsewhere for trailers.
• Access: The condo is on the garden level, accessible via 4 flights of stairs from the parking lot.
• Requirements: Rentals are limited to families and responsible adults over age 25. 4-wheel drive is required during winter months.
• Policies: Strictly no pets allowed on the property or in the condo. All reservations are subject to a Damage Insurance fee.
