• Pets: Absolutely no pets allowed on the property, including Emotional Support Animals. Violation results in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
• Parking: 2 non-negotiable parking passes provided for the building lot. No trailers or RVs. No additional overnight parking is available in Mount Crested Butte.
• Accessibility: No elevator; 4 flights of stairs (47 steps) separate the parking lot from the unit. These can be icy and steep in winter.
• Climate: No AC in the building.
• Requirements: 4-wheel drive is required during winter months.
