Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To maintain a happy home, guests are asked to remove shoes inside and clean their dishes. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; however, guests may smoke outside. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. The use of glitter for celebrations or crafts is prohibited. To protect both the host and guest, a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable safety deposit is required via the Guest App after booking. Government-issued photo ID is required for verification prior to check-in. Please note that mail or parcels should be sent to the nearest UPS for pickup, as delivery to the property address is not allowed.
