The residence is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing a sophisticated sanctuary for up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort: King Suite 1 offers a luxurious king bed with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom with heated tile floors and a soaking tub, and a charming Juliet balcony. King Suite 2 features a second king bed with a memory foam mattress and an en-suite bathroom boasting heated floors and a walk-in shower with white subway tiles. For additional guests, a cozy sleeping alcove within the main room allows younger visitors to pull velvet drapes for a private nook.

The heart of the home is an expansive living area where you can unwind on a comfortable leather sofa by the fireplace. For those who love to cook, the modern kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a large marble-topped island. An expansive dining table seats eight, making it ideal for memorable gatherings. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a private Main Street balcony for watching parades and a rooftop back deck featuring a pergola and outdoor seating.

House Rules:

• Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Pets are strictly prohibited from furniture, beds, or bedding; please use provided pet bowls and beds. An additional fee applies if pets are undeclared or excessive hair is found.
• Only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
• No smoking anywhere on the property; a $500 ozone treatment fee applies if odors are detected inside.
• A $50 fee applies for any pet waste not cleaned by the guest.
