Guests must sign a Rental Agreement and may be subject to a security deposit. Pets are not allowed. Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited inside the home, with a $200 penalty for non-compliance. No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated after 10 PM.
