Located just 100 yards from the Mt Crested Butte resort, this retreat offers a prime location where you can walk to the Red Lady Express lifts in just two minutes with your gear in tow.

This updated 4th-floor studio is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed with quality linens and a queen pullout sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Room-darkening shades ensure a restful sleep after a day on the slopes, while the windows frame stunning views of Mt Crested Butte across the pool deck. The space also includes a functional kitchenette equipped with a stove, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, providing enough tools to prepare real meals.

Downtown Crested Butte is a short 6-minute drive away, offering historic buildings, art galleries, and a variety of shopping and dining options on Elk Avenue. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is approximately 40-45 minutes away.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via digital keypad entry. Please note that this building does not have air conditioning, though the mountain altitude keeps the unit comfortable year-round. A mandatory $20 daily resort fee is collected via the guest guidebook. While the building was constructed in 1999 and common areas may show their age, the unit itself has been updated for a modern experience. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 dogs) with a $50 fee. Please be aware that there is no daily housekeeping; however, mid-stay turnovers can be arranged for an additional $50 with 24 hours' notice.
