While the building offers a 1990's hotel room vibe and reflects its 1999 origins, it remains one of the most affordable options in the area with a prime location. Guests enjoy access to a wide array of shared amenities, including:

• Rules: No air conditioning in the unit. Heating is controlled by a wall thermostat. There is no daily maid service; however, linen turnover can be arranged with 24-hour notice for an additional fee.
