The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom provides a cozy queen, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is paired with its own private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and extra linens. Guests should note that while the master bathroom features an impressive oversized soaking tub, the hot water heater cannot fill it completely; the standard tub in the guest bathroom is recommended for a full soak.

Inside, you will find a spacious living area and a fully stocked kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full vacation feasts. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, blender, and two coffee pots to ensure mornings start right. For added convenience, a dedicated cubby houses a stackable washer and dryer with initial laundry supplies provided. Year-round comfort is maintained via A/C with a centrally located thermostat.

• Pets: Allowed (1 pet limit, max 40 lbs) with a $40 fee
• Parking: Designated spaces only; parking on grass or bringing trailers is strictly prohibited
• House Rules: No smoking, candles, open flames, or parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please remove shoes upon entry.
