This open and efficient studio layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 full bathroom. To ensure a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests, the sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed and a brand-new king pull-out sofa. The entire unit has been updated throughout with quality furnishings and thoughtful touches, including quality linens, soft blankets, and a Smart TV for your favorite apps.

Designed for easy living, the space includes a cook-in kitchenette fully stocked for simple meals with a stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and single-cup coffee makers. While the studio is a modern oasis, guests have full access to the Grand Lodge's shared facilities, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a large hot tub, a steam room, and a fitness center. A cozy lobby with a fireplace provides a warm welcome, and an elevator ensures easy access to the third floor.

Located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, you are less than a 5-minute walk to the lifts, passing by local coffee shops and restaurants along the way. The charming town of Crested Butte is just 7 minutes away, where Elk Avenue invites you to explore historic buildings, art galleries, and fine dining. Whether you are here for skiing, hiking, biking, or rafting, everything is within reach. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a convenient 45-minute drive away.

Practical details include keypad self check-in and free parking with available EV charging. Please note that the property is not pet friendly and does not have air conditioning. While the unit is newly renovated, the Grand Lodge is a 3-star building built in 1999 with dated common areas. Coin laundry is available within the building as there is no in-unit washer/dryer.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To protect your stay, guests will choose between a $150 refundable security deposit or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40) during the online check-in process via the provided guidebook link.
