About Property

Discover your perfect Telluride home base at Mountain House East, a welcoming condo located right in the heart of everything the town has to offer. Tucked into a prime spot on Colorado Avenue (Main Street), this residence provides an unbeatable location for those looking to immerse themselves in the mountain lifestyle.

Designed for comfort and connection, the home features a layout perfectly suited for two families or a large group. The property consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across levels: the dreamy primary suite features a king-size bed with a brand-new mattress and luxe bedding, while the garden level offers a guest room with a queen bed and a second guest room featuring two sets of comfy bunk beds.

Inside, the main level is designed for gathering. You can cook up a storm in the updated kitchen with sleek new appliances and gather around the new dining table for meals and storytelling. A cozy living area provides a space to unwind, while the south-facing deck, complete with a picnic table, is ideal for sunny lunches and starry-night dinners. For a touch of local character, the stairs lead you past a handpicked gallery of vintage Telluride Festival posters.

Location and neighborhood highlights include being just steps away from Clark's Market and directly across from the Galloping Goose shuttle. For skiers and adventurers, a quick stroll south leads directly to Lift 7. Guests also benefit from the convenience of covered parking in the carport, eliminating the need for windshield scraping in winter.
