• Cancellation: A first payment of 33% is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after the first payment may forfeit the deposit unless the property is rebooked, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless rebooked. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• Communication: Please notify management immediately of any property issues upon arrival so they can be resolved promptly.
