• More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty.
• Within 60 days: Property will be re-listed; if re-rented, the first payment is refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
• Within 29 days (after final payment): Re-listing process applies, with the 10% fee based on total lodging costs.
