This spacious home is designed for groups, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King Master Bedroom featuring an oversized wood and glass door and a private ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and double vanity. A second guest room offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a favorite for children, featuring a Captain's Bunk with a twin over a full bed and a twin trundle. Additionally, a sofa sleeper is available in the living area to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

At the heart of the home is a spacious great room perfect for family gatherings, complete with a comfortable sectional couch, easy chairs, and a keyboard for the musician in your group. A graceful arched doorway leads to the dining area, where a large table provides ample room for the entire group. The chef-ready kitchen is a highlight, boasting high-end custom cabinetry, a spacious island, an overlay refrigerator, and a range hood that lends a timeless feel to the space. For entertainment, the living area includes a smart TV.

Practicality meets convenience with a large laundry room that offers generous counterspace and dedicated room for skis and boots, accessible via an exterior door to Pine Street. The property also includes one on-street parking permit.

Located just one block from Colorado Avenue, Telluride's main street, you are within easy walking distance of the town's best shops, restaurants, and festivals, all set against a dramatic mountain backdrop. Access to the condo is via a few steps down from ground level.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your stay. Please be aware of the multi-stage cancellation policy: the first payment of 33% is due at booking, with the remainder due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are generally non-refundable unless the property is rebooked. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
