Cancellation Policy: A 33% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after the first payment may forfeit the deposit unless the property is rebooked, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
