• House Rules: No items may be left in hallways, in front of the door, or on balconies. Sand must be rinsed off before entering the building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Exterior renovations are scheduled from September 2026 to March 2027. Expect construction workers Monday-Saturday (8 AM - 6 PM), intermittent noise, and specific closures: 13th-floor hallway resurfacing (Oct 15 - Nov 15, 2026, with no floor access Nov 8-15) and balcony closures (Dec 16, 2026 - Jan 20, 2027). The indoor pool will remain open throughout.
