The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. Additional guest rooms include a bedroom with queen bunk beds and another guest bedroom. The interior is rounded out by a dining area, a functional kitchen area, and a living room, with a washer and dryer provided for convenience. This unit is located on the upper floors with elevator and stair access, offering two private balconies off the master bedroom and living room with views toward the pool complex and partial cliff views.

Guests have full access to the Sage Creek Resort's best-in-class common areas and luxury pool facilities, including:

• Two heated seasonal pools (closed December 1st - February 28th), including a zero-entry pool and a splash stream for children
• Two year-round hot tubs, including a hidden grotto hot tub with a waterfall
• Full-size Bocce Ball court
• Gas fire pit areas and a slot canyon cove with hidden firepits
• Pavilion and clubhouse with grills, tables, and outdoor dining areas
• Lounge seating and outdoor showers for rinsing off

Located just outside of town, Sage Creek provides easy access to the best of Moab. You are only a 15-minute drive from Arches National Park, the Slickrock Bike Trail, Hell's Revenge Safari Route, and the Sand Flats Recreation Area. Canyonlands National Park is approximately 40 minutes away, while Dead Horse Point State Park is about a 45-minute drive.
