Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs incur a $100.00 fee after 10:01 AM, with additional fines of $200.00 per hour after 11:00 AM. This property requires a minimum booking age of 21. Pets are not allowed ($500.00 fine), and smoking is strictly prohibited ($1,000.00 fine). Parties are forbidden and will result in an $800.00 charge and immediate removal without refund. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For safety, food and drink are not permitted in bedrooms, the game room, or the pool area. Note that while the home is children-friendly, it is not child-proof; guardians must monitor children at all times.
