The layout is designed for ultimate privacy and relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are configured as spacious Master Suites, each boasting a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a 50" smart TV. Guests will wake up to beautiful unobstructed views from both of these upstairs retreats. For additional sleeping arrangements, a Queen sleeper sofa is located in the downstairs living room, ensuring there is plenty of space for the whole crew.

After a day of exploring the trails, you can settle into a home that truly feels like your own. The space includes a well-furnished kitchen and a grill for outdoor dining. To keep everyone entertained and connected, the home is equipped with three smart TVs and high-speed Gig internet, providing ample bandwidth for streaming movies or handling video calls for the remote worker in your group. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available within the home.

Beyond the front door, guests have access to wonderful community features. Stay active on the basketball and tennis sports courts, or unwind in the community hot tubs, which are open year-round. The seasonal swimming pool is available for your enjoyment from early April through October.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Coyote Crossing is pet-friendly for dogs (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed), though a pet fee of $25 per day per pet applies along with a refundable $500 security hold. We kindly ask for responsible pet ownership: pets are not permitted on beds or furniture and must be crated if left unattended in the unit. Guests assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages, and additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair or waste.
