This bright residence is designed for a refined experience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 beds that can accommodate 4 guests. The layout includes 2 bathrooms with toilets and a cozy living room furnished with sofas, creating a warm and contemporary ambiance. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the 16th arrondissement through large windows that open onto a delightful balcony. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.

Located in the sophisticated 16th arrondissement, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and steps from Place du Trocadéro. The surrounding neighborhood near Place Victor Hugo is a true treasure, characterized by tree-lined streets, high-end fashion boutiques, and refined restaurants. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Palais de Tokyo, Museum of Modern Art, and Guimet Museum, while the Champs-Élysées and luxury boutiques of Avenue Montaigne are within easy reach. Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For arrivals between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, we will welcome you and show you the apartment (please contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival). After 7:00 PM, a welcome representative is available for a supplement of €30 until 10:00 PM and €50 after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. An optional baby bed is available for €60. This booking includes coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses provided by Swift Travel Cover (up to 750 Euros, T&C apply).
