Please note checkout time is 12:00pm (afternoon).
Please vacate the apartment on time for the next guest to check in on time and avoid disruptions.
Access Card is given for entry to the apartment and building facilities like gym, pool etc. You should return both Access Cards when checking out. If Access Card is lost or not returned while checking out, you need to pay 30 BD for reissue of each Access Card.
If you need to late check out you need to inform us and we should agree before booking.
If late check out after 12:00 (afternoon) without any agreement there is an extra fee for each hour you need to pay 25 BD.
If late check out without any agreement more than 3 hours then you need to pay 90 BD.
This is for the respect of every guest so all of you can check in on right time. So we will also have enough time for cleaning and room make up.
Please park only in the designated each apartment parking area. Parking in any other spots is not permitted. Kindly note: In the event of incorrect parking, you may need to pay 50 BD fee.
Avoid loud noise party and bringing visitors are not allowed. You may need to pay 15 BD extra fee if noise complaints are received.
Please don’t smoke inside apartment in bed room or living hall. You can smoke in the balcony. You may need to pay 50 BD extra cleaning fee if you smoke inside.
Please take care of Apartment as if it’s yours.
Unapproved Guests without any agreement there will be charge of 30 BD per night per extra guest.
I am very Friendly and flexible so if you have special request please feel free to ask before booking to avoid any inconvenience.
Note: All building amenities like pool, gym or sauna may be closed without prior notice due to maintenance, weather, or abusive behaviour. There will be no refunds due to unavailability.
