Nestled on K'gari (Fraser Island), the villa is located just minutes from stunning beaches and lush rainforests. Guests have full access to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Village facilities, including four swimming pools (one heated), a spa, and various food and beverage outlets. To explore the island's natural beauty, a 4WD vehicle is recommended, though a 2WD is suggested for getting around the resort. The island is accessible via ferry or barge through Sealink K'gari.

• Important Note: This is an unrenovated, budget-friendly property with original vintage character. As a budget option, this is a self-clean property. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to supply their own linen (top and bottom sheets) and bath and beach towels. The host provides body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blankets, a bathmat, and tea towels, along with basic kitchen supplies like foil, glad wrap, and salt & pepper.
