The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The interior is highlighted by beautiful log accents and a living area anchored by a gas stone fireplace, while the full kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for a seamless stay.

One of the standout features of this home is its expansive outdoor patio—one of the largest in the Black Bear Lodge complex—where you can take in breathtaking mountain views. After a day of adventure, relax in your own private hot tub and watch the snowcats groom the slopes for the following morning.

While this property does not have air conditioning, fans are provided in each bedroom to ensure guest comfort during the summer months. Guests also have access to an array of community perks, including:

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The minimum check-in age is 25, and a separate rental agreement is required after booking. One underground garage parking spot is provided; as visitor parking is extremely limited, only one car per reservation is recommended. Please note that pets are not allowed and some on-site amenities may be seasonal. A non-refundable Resort Fee is charged at the time of booking.
