Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that construction on the Sunrise Gondola may result in machinery noise between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM during the summer. Reservations require a 20% deposit, with the final balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
