The downstairs level hosts two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and their own full bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit, and all bathrooms feature stand-up showers. Complementing the main residence is the Captain's Quarters, a separate guest wing containing two bedrooms—one with a King size bed and cable TV, and another with two Queen beds—sharing a full-size bathroom.

Living spaces are thoughtfully appointed for relaxation and entertainment. The main house includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, under-counter double fridge drawers, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests can gather in the living room for Direct TV or unwind in the sunroom, which features a powder room and a wet bar complete with an under-counter ice maker.

Outside, the estate transforms into a private oasis. Guests can soak in the heated infinity swimming pool or utilize the outdoor shower. The exterior living area is ideal for dining, featuring patio seating and a countertop with a built-in gas grill. For boating enthusiasts, the property provides the use of two boat lifts (24k lbs. and 20k lbs.).

Located between Romora Bay Resort and Briland Club Marina, the home is an easy five-minute walk to three local restaurants, ensuring convenience and leisure.
