The main floor is an open-concept haven, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for casual dining and a separate dining room table for hosting large family meals. • Occupancy: Strict limit of 10 guests (fines of $500-$1000 may apply if exceeded).
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay on-site.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. Shoes must be removed inside. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Maintenance: Noise monitors are present per by-law ($200 fee for damage/disconnection). Garbage must be in black bags and recycling in blue bags; leave in the garage at check-out to avoid a $50 cleanup fee.
