About Property
Discover the ultimate mountain getaway at Deer Valley Vista at Stillwater, a warm and spacious retreat in Heber, Utah, perfectly positioned for year-round adventure. Whether you are chasing first tracks on the slopes or enjoying a summer day by the water, this home delivers a complete and comfortable experience for families and groups.
Designed with both privacy and togetherness in mind, the home features a generous layout with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated to ensure everyone has their own space: four king suites provide luxury for adults, while a dedicated kids' bunk suite features two twin-over-double bunks with its own en-suite bath and jetted tub.
Gathering is effortless in the main living room, where cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a large HDTV create an inviting atmosphere. For those who love to cook, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. A second full kitchen and a lounge-level family room downstairs provide a separate hangout zone, complete with a shuffleboard table and PlayStation 4, making it an ideal après-ski spot for teens and children.
Step outside to the walk-out patio to soak in the private eight-person hot tub while admiring views of the Deer Valley ski slopes and Jordanelle Lake. For convenience, the oversized two-car garage includes dedicated ski racks and gear storage.
Located just two minutes from the brand-new Deer Valley East Village, guests enjoy rapid access to gondolas and world-class skiing. The property also offers access to the Mountain Mover Ski Shuttle, a complimentary seasonal winter service. In the warmer months, the Jordanelle Reservoir is only minutes away for boating, fishing, and paddleboarding.
