Designed for maximum relaxation, the studio accommodates 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with a plush king-size bed, 1 bathroom, and a total of 1 bed. The interior is thoughtfully appointed for a productive and restful stay, including a dedicated space to work from a laptop, a wardrobe and drawers for your clothing, and a hairdryer for your convenience. The sleeping area is complemented by a smart TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is designed for ease of use, featuring an accessible wet room with a walk-in shower.

To keep you refreshed throughout your visit, the room includes a small coffee or tea station equipped with a kettle and mini fridge, with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk provided for your enjoyment.

Stockton is a charming village that provides everything you need within easy reach, including a local shop, takeaway, cafe, and a friendly pub. The studio is ideally situated just two minutes from the high street. For those traveling further afield, the property is a 16-minute drive from Junction 12 M40 at Gaydon and the Jaguar Land Rover head office, 10 minutes from the HS2 compound at Long Itchington, and 6 minutes from the HS2 compound at Ladbroke. Leamington and Rugby train stations are approximately 20 to 24 minutes away, and Birmingham, including the NEC and airport, is reachable within 42 minutes.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM via lock box for self check-in
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Plenty of unrestricted on-site parking available outside the studio. 37Kw electric vehicle chargers are available on-site (paid via the Project EV app).
• Access: Ground floor access, though please note there are a couple of steps leading from the car park to the studio.
• Requirements: Lead guests must be at least 21 years old. A Guest Info form and valid ID must be submitted prior to the release of check-in details.
• Policies: No pets are allowed. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and are charged at £15 per hour; requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
