This expansive retreat features 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests with 3 bathrooms to ensure everyone has plenty of space to prepare for the day. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels for maximum privacy. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a Queen bed. The upper level includes two bedrooms each featuring two Twin beds, a third bedroom with a King bed, and a final bedroom offering a Queen bed.

Inside, soft morning light filters through the open-concept living area, creating a quiet rhythm for your stay. The home is equipped with a large full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a spacious dining area, ideal for sharing slow breakfasts or gathering for dinner after a full day of sightseeing. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is provided.

Important Policies:

• RFID cards for community amenity access (including Seven Eagles, Homestead, and Carriage Pointe) cost $15 each and expire after 3 days.
• A pool service fee of $35 per day of stay is invoiced separately.
• Damage Protection: 1-night stays require a $500 refundable deposit. Stays of 2+ nights can choose between a $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
• This is a self-catering home; initial starter supplies are provided, but refills are not included during the stay.
