Located in a secluded area of Deer Valley, the property is just a few minutes' walk from the charming shops and restaurants of the Silver Lake Lodge area. In the summer, the home is equally stunning with hiking trails right outside the front door and access to newly re-surfaced tennis and pickleball courts.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please note that pets are absolutely not allowed. No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 feet of the building per Utah State Law. Additionally, all outer footwear must be removed upon entry to the home. A $2,000 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival. Cancellations made more than 61 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 96% refund; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 61 days.
