To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As this home is situated in a community where many neighbors reside permanently, we ask that all guests remain respectful of the local environment. Please adhere to the following restrictions:

• No parties or events are permitted on the property.
• To preserve the stunning beauty of the Valley's dark skies, please ensure all lights are turned off at night.
• Parking is limited to 3 licensed vehicles per lot.
• Please be aware that there is no air conditioning in the home.

For your convenience, we provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat in each bathroom.
