Sleeping arrangements are curated for a deeply restful stay, featuring high-quality Casper, Helix, and Tuft & Needle mattresses, including one California King, one regular King, and two Queens. Guests will enjoy the touch of luxury 100% Pima cotton sateen sheets, blackout cellular blinds, and white noise machines.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully adorned with vintage MCM pieces refinished by the hosts, complemented by upscale finishes like quartz counters and a buttery soft leather sectional. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: If you’re in the yard after 10pm that’s totally fine, just no music and keep voices down, as to not disturb neighbors.
PARTIES: No parties or large gatherings ever. Seriously. This is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will alert us. PETS: We’re allergic and cannot host pets of any kind, no exceptions. $100 per day fee for violations.
CAMERAS: We have 4 cameras on the exterior of the house. They are for your safety and the protection of our property; don’t tamper with them. DAMAGE/ISSUES: If anything is damaged or have any issues, please let us know ASAP so we can get it fixed.
CLEANING: Tidy up after yourself as this is a home, not a hotel. The cleaning fee is for sanitizing, not messiness. HOT TUB: If the water is cloudy or has other junk as a result of misuse that requires it to be emptied and refilled, a $150 charge will apply. WIFI: This is a smart house with several connected devices that will make your stay more comfortable. Wifi cannot be turned off by the guest. DAY VISITORS: Message us in advance to request; they must be cleared as we need to know who is on the property from a liability perspective. TRIP INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance so that if something happens before or during your trip, you’re covered financially. PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over age of 28, verify ID, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay. SMOKING OR VAPING: Just don’t. Inside or out, it doesn’t matter, it's not allowed. Incurs a $500 fee to deep clean the house plus any direct damages. OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Must be declared in advance and on the reservation (max 8 persons including adults, children and infants. $100 per person/night over 8).
