The Master Bedroom includes a 3/4 bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. To accommodate larger groups, a high-quality queen-size Aerobed brand air mattress is available for use in the living room, allowing the home to comfortably host up to 8 guests.

Casa Velo is an ideal retreat for those who need to stay productive, offering a dedicated workspace complete with a desk, computer monitor with HDMI cable, remote keyboard/mouse, and a color inkjet printer. The home is powered by Comcast's 1 Gigabyte high-speed internet, providing some of the fastest WIFI available for vacation properties in Tucson. For entertainment, all TVs are streaming-only, requiring guests to use their own accounts for services like Netflix, Amazon, and Disney.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring multiple spaces including an outdoor kitchen, a 4-person hot tub, a fire pit, and a serene water feature. Guests have access to a driveway and an oversize 2-car garage. Please note there is a permanently installed Airstream RV on the property that rents separately; while RV guests share the driveway, they have no access to the house, backyard, or hot tub. For total privacy, the RV can be added to your rental for $80/night plus a one-time $80 cleaning fee, which increases the capacity to 12 guests by adding 3 beds and a full bathroom.
