A second bedroom offers a Queen bed with views overlooking Blue Mountain, while the third bedroom on the main floor is ideal for children, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds. For additional lounging space, guests can enjoy the loft area at the top of the stairs.

The heart of the home is a bright and spacious open-concept living area. Here, you can gather around the gas fireplace with mountain views or prepare meals in the full-size kitchen equipped with 5-piece appliances. The layout flows effortlessly from the kitchen to the large dining table and bar area, making it easy to host the entire group. During the warmer months, step outside to the private patio to relax and enjoy the BBQ.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to rent; the primary guest must remain on-site during the stay
• No pets allowed
• Please remove shoes inside the unit
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM
• Please dispose of excess garbage in the designated bins upon departure
• Lost key fees: Pool key ($250), Ski Locker key ($100)

Note: The Sierra Lane community is currently undergoing exterior renovations; guests may experience construction noise on weekdays. Scaffolding may occasionally limit deck access. The community seasonal pool is a shared public space; please bring your own pool towels.
